By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Bond And Beyond website.
Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods from Bond And Beyond:
Any contract for purchases made through this website will be with Bond And Beyond, PO Box 14007, Prestonpans, EH32 0YF, Scotland, UK.
Payment:
Bond And Beyond must receive full payment of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until your goods are ready for dispatch from our premises in Prestonpans, Scotland, UK. Once payment has been received Bond And Beyond will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. Bond And Beyond’s acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract. Bond And Beyond is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. We accept the follwoing major credit/debit cards: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro.
Pricing:
All products on our website are old in Pounds Sterling (£/GBP). All sales will be completed in Pounds Sterling. For customers outwith the UK the currency conversion will be made by your credit card company. Our website also displays prices in US Dollars, Euro and Yen. This currency conversion is calculated using a pre-determined exchange rate as a guide to customers in territories using these currencies. This facility is only a guide and may not reflect the exact exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Governing law:
All transactions are deemed to take place at our offices in Prestonpans, Scotland, UK. The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scottish law, and the Scottish courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Ownership of goods:
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our premises in Prestonpans, Scotland, UK.
Customs:
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Bond And Beyond has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer. Shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
*Availability:
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving an order. Subject to certain exclusions, all orders should be dispatched within 7 working days. If, for any reason, Bond And Beyond is unable to fulfil all, or part, of your order, then you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Force Majeure:
Bond And Beyond shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns:
We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items provided they are returned to us within 21 days and they are in the original, unopened packaging and in the condition in which they were dispatched. You are liable for the shipment costs and Bond And Beyond is not responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.
Interpretation:

'Bond And Beyond' means Bond And Beyond, PO Box 14007, Prestonpans, EH32 0YF, UK.
'working day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
'us' means Bond And Beyond and you together
'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
